POLISH PENSION FUND FLOWS: Significant drop of assets under management

In November, we estimate Polish pension funds sold a net PLN 61m of equities, of which PLN 183m was bought in foreign markets and PLN 245m was sold in the Polish market.
Metlife OFE and Generali OFE were the most active in selling stocks while Allianz OFE was the most visible net buyer of equities.
Assets under management diminished by PLN 4.8bn to PLN 176.5bn mainly due to equity portfolio performance and also as a result of increased transfers to ZUS. We would also like to highlight that in December OFE transferred PLN 0.85bn to ZUS.
