POLISH PENSION FUND FLOWS: Solid equities performance main source of AuM growth

In July, we estimate Polish pension funds sold a net PLN 77m of equities, of which PLN 367m was bought in the Polish Market and PLN 444m was sold in foreign markets.
We also estimate that in July OFEs received PLN 704m of dividends. The average monthly rate of return amounted to 5.8% due to the solid performance of Polish equities. As a result, OFEs’ AuM increased to PLN 166.9bn, from PLN 158.1bn in June. In July, Metlife OFE was the most active in buying stocks, while Aegon OFE was the most visible net seller of equities
