The Better Ventures EIS is a discretionary portfolio service, which will provide a portfolio of investments across a range of sectors. The target is to return 2.5x capital, after fees, after seven years. Returns will be focused on capital gains, and investors are unlikely to receive any dividends. The fund is evergreen.We note that there are two parties involved in the management of the fund:
► Vala Capital, the Investment Adviser; and
► Sapphire Capital Partners, the Fund Manager.
