The Vala Sustainable Growth EIS is a discretionary portfolio service, which will provide a portfolio of sustainable investments across a range of themes. The target is a 2.5x return after fees. Returns will be focused on capital gains, and investors are unlikely to receive any dividends. The fund is evergreen. We note that there are two parties involved in the management of the fund:► Vala Capital, the Investment Adviser; and
► Sapphire Capital Partners, the Fund Manager.
