Notre objectif de cours est ajusté à 181€ fin 2016, mais offre toutefois un potentiel satisfaisant au sein du secteur, suite à la baisse récente du titre. Nous relevons ainsi notre recommandation à ACHAT vs NEUTRE. Les perspectives de croissance restent solides et devraient permettre de maintenir la généreuse distribution. A notre objectif, le multiple de résultats 2016 serait de 13,2x, le rendement du dividende de 6,1%, et la prime sur le dernier ANR publié de +37,8%.Altarea Cogedim is a real estate investment trust and development company.
