CARREFOUR demeure la victime expiatoire d’un secteur à pauvre momentum où toute news adverse le dessert en priorité. Pourquoi donc ? Simplement parce qu’il reste un leader bien plus visible que d’autres. L’introduction en bourse de Carmila (CF étude IS à paraître ce jour), troisième foncière commerciale française mais première par l’adossement à un distributeur et à une enseigne unique, et celle dans la foulée d’Atacadao clair leader de la distribution alimentaire organisée au Brésil, en apportent un vibrant témoignage, renforçant au passage la force de frappe de Carrefour (IPO pour l’essentiel par augmentations de capital pour 1,5 Md€ environ). Dans le même temps, le groupe nous semble pouvoir faire face aux publications intérimaires du S1 avec un peu plus de sérénité qu’entrevu.Carrefour is a distribution group based in France.
