Après bien des atermoiements, la succession de Monsieur Georges Plassat semble acquise. Les prétendants internes qu’il avait plus ou moins adoubés, se sont vus préférer a priori un recrutement externe. Au-delà de la personnalité du successeur pressenti, et de son parcours au sein d’une entreprise dont l’actionnaire fut un temps réduit à la brader dans un spin off, il ne saurait constituer un homme providentiel. Le mouvement est donc d’ores et déjà joué. Dans l’immédiat notre attention se porte davantage sur l’activation a priori de l’introduction d’Atacadao, symbole du renouveau de Carrefour au Brésil dont l’évaluation nous semble pouvoir atteindre les 9Mds€. De quoi doper une évaluation pour le groupe Carrefour par trop vu sous l’éteignoir des médiocres résultats de l’hypermarché en France.Carrefour is a distribution group based in France.
