La BEI a annoncé que suite, à l'entrée au capital d'Engie dans EPS, elle souhaitait faire valoir la clause de remboursement anticipé. EPS va donc devoir rembourser les 10m€ de la 1ère tranche touchés en 2017. La solution privilégiée par la société est une AK de 30m€ (à 9,50€) qui servira également à financer la croissance et à laquelle Engie participerait à hauteur d'au moins sa quote-part (>60%). Nous voyons dans cette éventuelle opération une opportunité d'investir au même prix qu'Engie, prix que nous avions estimé particulièrement attractif.Engie Eps SA, formerly know as Electro Power Systems, is a France-based technology company.
