Notre approche n'intègre pas les acquisitions envisagées suite à cette levée de fonds (9m€ disponibles), puisque nous estimons les besoins de financement organiques à seulement 6m€. En outre, cette valorisation ne prend pas en compte l'intérêt spéculatif, dont nous sommes convaincus qu'il se concrétisera à MT/LT, au regard du positionnement du groupe à la convergence des secteurs de l'IT et de la publicité et de l'intérêt que pourrait susciter Artefact à la fois du côté des ESN/Cabinets de Conseil et des agences publicitaires.Artefact SA Formerly known as Netbooster.
