Covea préfère l’offre d’Eurosic, Gecina ne renonce pas - VENTE - OC 112€
Covea a indiqué hier sa préférence pour l’offre d’Eurosic pourtant moins généreuse que celle de Gecina. Eurosic et Covea détenant respectivement 26,6% et 29,7% de Foncière de Paris, Eurosic a désormais le pouvoir de bloquer la surenchère de Gecina, qui avait fixé le seuil de renonciation à 50,01%. Si Gecina ne l’emportait pas, nous ne percevrions pas forcément cette issue négativement, puisque nous estimons le prix proposé trop élevé. Eurosic semble avoir pris l’avantage, mais les réactions du conseil de surveillance de FDP, d’actionnaires minoritaires, et l’éventuel pouvoir de persuasion de Gecina seront à surveiller.Gecina is a rental real estate company.
