Le fait de payer Formaeva à 100% en titres permet de ne pas consommer de cash, même s’il est impossible de déterminer la création de valeur tant que nous ne connaîtrons pas les modalités de la transaction. Le principal catalyseur reste le retour de la croissance organique en 2018, sous l’effet de la réorganisation des équipes en vue d’optimiser le déploiement de solutions SaaS et des 1ers revenus de Yootalent.
