Après une bonne surprise lors de la publication du CA 2017 le 9 février (7 391m€, +0,6%lfl), les résultats 2017 sont légèrement supérieurs à nos attentes et à celles du consensus avec un EBITA à 395m€ (IS et consensus: 394m€) en croissance de +13,5% (vs +13% att). La bonne nouvelle provient d’une génération de FCF supérieure aux attentes qui couvre largement la distribution de 1,3€/titre. Le groupe est confiant pour 2017 et donne une guidance 2017 d’une croissance de l’EBITA de +5% à +8% par rapport à 2016, à change constant et hors effet de cession de la distribution. Nous ne modifions pas nos prévisions et notre objectif de cours de 31€. Opinion ACHAT maintenue.Lagardere Groupe is a holding company.
