Softs Weekly June 29th 2017

The markets were whipped around this week following last week’s plunge with sugar and coffee making the strongest comebacks. Cotton has some positive developments that so far are not causing the market to find strength. I think it will after the harvest pressure is over, similar to this year. Weather in Brazil needs to be monitored due to a small risk for a frost early next week.

Minor Brazil Frost Alert; Commodities Still Sagging

 FCOJ: Poor Demand Ongoing

 Cotton: Solid Export Sales Headed into the Home Stretch

 Sugar: Crude Oil Recovers Helps Sugar do a U-Turn

 Cocoa: Oversupply Fears Continue

 Coffee: Record Shorts and a Hint of Cold Weather
