Le bilan des banques centrales du G4 a été multiplié par 4 entre 2007 et aujourd’hui, passant de 3 trillions de dollars à plus de 14 trillions de dollars actuellement.

Et progressivement, ces banques centrales ont accru leurs achats de dette souveraine alors que les émissions se sont réduites. A tel point d’ailleurs que les rachats ont absorbé plus que l’ensemble des émissions depuis 2015 (1 trillion de dollars sur 1 an entre mi-2016 et mi-2017)...
