Co.'s principal products are electronic fuel injection products, including throttle bodies, fuel injectors, fuel pumps, fuel pump modules, intake modules, accelerator pedal modules and fuel injection systems for scooters. Co. also provides engine valves, carbon canisters, carburetors and liquefied petroleum gas ("LPG") and compressed natural gas ("CNG") systems. In addition, Co., through its subsidiaries, is involved in the automobile transportation business, the civil engineering business, as well as the development and sale of computer systems and programs.

Aisin Seiki is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile parts and housing-related equipment. Co.'s principal products are engine parts, including water pumps, pistons and intake manifolds; automatic transmissions, and manual transmissions; brake and chassis parts, such as brake master cylinders, disk brakes and antilock brake systems; door locks and power backdoor systems, car navigation systems, parking support systems and intelligent parking support systems; housing-related equipment, such as shower toilets, beds, automatic wheel chairs and gas heater pump air-conditionings; and fiber laser. Co. is also engaged in the civil construction and petroleum sales businesses.

Denso and its affiliates are mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile electronic, electrical parts, and other components. Co.'s principal business segments are powertrain control systems, electronic systems, thermal systems, information and safety systems, small motors, industrial systems and consumer products. Co.'s principal products include starters, alternators, engine management systems, components for gasoline, diesel and electric hybrid vehicles, engine ECUs, hybrid ICs, air conditioners, radiators, remote keyless entry controllers, car navigation systems, car-mounted ETC devices, motors, bar code handy scanners and industrial robots.

Koito Manufacturing and its affiliates are mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive lighting equipment, aircraft components, electric equipment and other products. Co.'s automotive lighting and accessories include light-emitting diode (LED) headlights, discharge headlights, halogen headlights, fog lights, turn signal lights and other lighting products. Co.'s aircraft lighting and other equipment include interior and exterior lights, electrical equipment and hydraulic equipment. Co.'s other principal products include electrical components for railroad cars, LED marine lamps, traffic control systems, road and tunnel lighting equipment and seats for aircraft and railroad cars.

Mikuni is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of injection system devices and carburetors for automobiles. Co.'s principal products include intake modules, plastic intake manifold with variable valve, electronic control throttle body, active pedal modules, accelerator pedal modules, variable valve timing systems, electric oil pumps, electric vacuum pumps, linear position sensors, idle speed control valves, electric water pumps, variable oil pumps, die cast products, gas control devices, water control devices, solenoid valves, aircraft components, heaters, humidifiers, air purifiers, nursing equipment, wheelchairs, lawn mowers for golf courses, and golf carts.

Nittan Valve is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts. Co. operated in four business segments. The Small Engine Valve segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of small size engine valves for car, two-wheel vehicle, truck and bus, among others. The Marine Part segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of marine and general purpose engine valves. The Gear & PBW segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of precision forged gears, parts for automatic transmission for automobiles, trucks, agricultural, construction, and industrial machinery. Co. also provides hinges for mobile phones and handled game consoles and other IT and communications device components. Co. operates its operations in Japan, the U.S., China, Thailand, the U.K. and Taiwan.

Taiho Kogyo is a car parts manufacturer. Along with its affiliates, Co. operates in three business segments. The Automobile Component-related segment manufactures and sells bearings, such as metal bushings and other automobile components, such as die cast, gasket and solder products. The Automobile Manufacturing Facility-related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of automobile manufacturing facilities, as well as dies and facility components. The Others segment, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the building and repair work business, the welfare business, the packing and dispatch of automobile parts, and the real estate leasing business.
