Hazama Ando is engaged in the construction business. Co is engaged in the provision of civil engineering services and building construction contracts including survey, planning, designing, execution, supervising, technical support and consulting services. Co.'s contract works include office buildings, production and distribution facilities, medical and welfare facilities, educational and research facilities, dams, water/sewer systems, tunnels and roads, bridges and airports in Japan and overseas. Co. is also engaged in the sale and leasing of construction materials, the design and construction of single-family houses, as well as the purchase, sale, leasing and brokerage of real estate.

Kajima is a general contractor engaged in construction and engineering works at domestic and overseas. Co.'s contracts include offices and commercial buildings; plants and warehouses; infrastructures such as bridges, airports, train stations, tunnels, as well as power and water treatment plants; condominiums; hotels; educational and cultural institutions; and sport and recreational facilities. Co. is also engaged in the real estate development services including golf courses, resort hotels, subdivisions, industrial complexes and shopping centers; as well as architectural and engineering design services.

Okumura is a general contractor engaged in the provision of civil engineering and construction services. Co.'s principal contracts include tunnels, dams, land improvement and marine structures; condominiums, commercial buildings, hotels, schools, research facilities, sports and leisure facilities, warehouses and plants. In addition, Co., through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of construction equipment and materials, as well as the provision of real estate services such as land and buildings management and leasing; and PFI (private finance initiative) business.

Sata Construction is a construction company. Along with its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the survey, planning and management of civil engineering, urban development and other construction works. Co. is also engaged in the manufacture, sale and, leasing of construction machinery and machinery equipment, the leasing of automobiles, ships, aircrafts and other machinery, the sale of processed wood products, the manufacture and sale of sand and other materials, the recycling and disposal of waste products, the management of real estate, as well as the purchase and sale of house and land properties, and others.

Shimizu is a general contractor engaged in the provision of construction and engineering works at domestic and overseas. Construction segment is engaged in the construction and civil engineering works of office buildings, educational facilities, medical and welfare facilities, production and logistics facilities, residential buildings, commercial facilities, recreational facilities, as well as roads, tunnels and other transportation facilities, energy-related facilities, waste disposal sites, urban development projects, and disaster-prevention and conservation projects. Real Estate segment is engaged in the real estate development, leasing and sales.

Taisei is mainly engaged in the civil engineering and construction businesses in Japan and overseas. Along with its subsidiaries and associated companies, Co. operates in four business segments; civil engineering, building construction, and real estate development. Co. is engaged in the civil engineering business; the general construction business; the purchase, sale and brokerage of real estate; the development of residential land; the leasing of owned real estate; the contract research business; the provision of technology services; the environment analysis business; the operation of golf courses; and others.

Tobishima is a construction company. Along with its subsidiaries, Co. operates in two business segments. Construction segment is engaged in the general construction business, as well as the sale of construction materials. Development and Others segment is involved in the development, sale and leasing of real estate, as well as the provision of insurance agency services. Co.'s principal engineering and projects include dam, road, railway, harbor, airport, thermal power station, tunnel, water and sewerage system, land formation, disposal site, among others. Through its subsidiary, Co. is also engaged in the agriculture business.

Tokyu Construction Company Limited. TOKYU CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD. is a company mainly engaged in the construction business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Construction (building) segment is engaged in the construction of offices, commercial facilities, educational facilities, cultural and social facilities, sports facilities, government office buildings, research institutes, training facilities, housing, medical and welfare facilities, logistics facilities. The Construction (civil engineering) segment is engaged in the construction of railways, dams, environmental sanitation facilities and roads. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the sales and leasing of real estate properties. It also engages in sales of vegetables, and rehabilitation work through its subsidiaries.

Totetsu Kogyo is mainly engaged in the construction business. Civil Engineering segment is engaged in the plan, design, operation and supervision of civil engineering works. Construction segment is engaged in the general construction business handling bridges, river, railway track, stations, medical and welfare facilities, commercial buildings, office buildings, plants and warehouses, as well as educational and recreational facilities. Others segment is engaged in the lease of commercial buildings, the environmental business such as greening of buildings, the manufacture and maintenance of track maintenance machines; and the provision of railway consulting services.
