Hong Kong, August 21, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service says that Yuexiu Property Company Limited's improved 1 H 2017 results were in line with Moody's expectations and will not immediately impact its Baa3 issuer rating or the negative rating outlook.Yuexiu Property is engaged in the development, selling and management of properties, and holding of investment properties. Co. has four segments: property development, property management, property investment and other. Co.'s property development segment is engaged in the sales of property development activities. Co.'s property management segment is engaged in the property management services. Co.'s property investment segment is engaged in the property rentals. Co.'s other segment is engaged in the real estate agency and construction and building design consultancy services.
