Brixmor Operating Partnership LP and subsidiaries (the Operating Partnership) is the entity through which the company conducts substantially all of its operations and owns substantially all of its assets. Through the Operating Partnership, the company is engaged in the ownership, management, leasing, acquisition, disposition and redevelopment of retail shopping centers. The company owns and operates open-air retail portfolios, comprised primarily of shopping centers located in the United States.
