London, 21 February 2017-- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to stable from negative the outlook on the ratings of Atomenergoprom, JSC, Inter RAO, PJSC, Transneft, PJSC and its affiliate TransCapitalInvest DAC, and FGC UES, JSC and its affiliate Federal Grid Finance Limited. Concurrently, Moody's has affirmed these ratings. Today's action follows Moody's affirmation of Russia's Ba1/Not Prime government bond ratings and change of the outlook on these ratings to stable...Federal Grid Company Of Unified Energy System PJSC operates and manages the electricity transmission grid infrastructure of the Russian Unified National Electric Grid (the UNEG). Co.'s principal operating activities consist of providing electricity transmission services, providing connection to the electricity grid, maintaining the electricity grid system, technical supervision of grid facilities and investment activities in the development of the UNEG.
