Moody's assigns Ba2 CFR to Gartner; outlook stable
$3.76 billion of rated debt affected. New York, March 06, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service assigned a Ba2 Corporate Family Rating and a Ba2-PD Probability of Default Rating to Gartner, Inc. upon the announcement of the financing for the acquisition of talent-measurement and management-solutions advisory firm CEB Inc., for $2.5 billion cash and equity consideration, plus the assumption and refinancing of approximately $875 million of CEB debt.
