Moody's Ratings (Moody's) has assigned a Baa3 rating to the new backed senior unsecured notes of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (HASI). The issuer's outlook is stable. HASI wi...Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital focused on solutions that reduce carbon emissions and increase resilience to climate change by providing capital and capabilities to the companies in the energy efficiency, renewable energy and other sustainable infrastructure markets. The company focuses its investment activities primarily on: Behind-The-Meter, which includes distributed building or facility projects; Grid Connected, which projects deploy cleaner energy sources, such as solar and wind to generate power; and Other Sustainable Infrastructure, which includes upgraded transmission or distribution systems, water and storm water infrastructure, seismic retrofits and other projects.
