New York, October 01, 2020-- Moody's Investors Service, affirmed J2 Global, Inc.' s B1 corporate family rating and B1-PD probability of default rating and assigned a Ba3 rating to the company's proposed $1.2 billion senior notes due 2030 to be issued by J2.j2 Global is holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the company provides internet services. The company manages its operations through two business segments: Cloud Services and Digital Media. The company's Cloud Services provides the following cloud services and solutions: fax; voice; backup; security; email marketing products; IP licensing; global network and operations; and customer support services. The company's Digital Media properties and services include the following: technology; gaming; healthcare; display and video advertising; and tools and services.
