Pullback in Abacus’ Security Price Presents a Buying Opportunity
We think the recent pull back in Abacus’ security price over September is mostly due to debt markets pricing in higher future interest rate expectations, with the accompanying rise in the yield curve weighing on the security price of all REITs.
