ABB’s Power Grids and Robotics and Motion Divisions Better Positioned Now to Grab Share
We are transferring coverage of wide-moat ABB to align our coverage of robotics and automation. Our fair value estimate is $24 for the U.S. listing and CHF 23 per share for the Swiss listing. ABB’s power grids and robotics and motion divisions are better positioned now to capture share in their respective markets than they have been in recent years. We expect these two divisions to be the biggest contributors to EBIT growth, each contributing about one third annually in the medium term.
