ABC’s Net Interest Income Suffered From Anemic Credit Demands, Operating Efficiency Weakened

Agricultural Bank of China recorded a 1.9% net profit growth from 2015. The 5.6% year-on-year drop in total revenue is the weakest growth among listed banks' announced annual results up to now. The revenue decline was dragged by a 8.7% drop in net interest income despite a 10% fee income growth.
