Agrium's Retail Arm Continues to Serve as a Buffer for Volatile Fertilizer Business in Third Quarter
In the third quarter, Agrium's relatively stalwart retail business continued to serve as a buffer for weakness in the fertilizer production business. The more-consistent retail arm has produced EBITDA of about $890 million through the first nine months of the year compared with about $835 million in the same 2015 period.
