Automotive Holdings will raise up to AUD 20 million in equity through the share purchase plan, or SPP, following the AUD 90 million institutional raising completed on 22 August. Eligible shareholders can apply for between AUD 2,500 and AUD 15,000 of new shares in increments of AUD 2,500. Applications may be scaled back if total applications exceed the AUD 20 million cap.
