Nothing in no-moat Apartment Investment & Management Company’s results alters our long-term view of the firm. The firm posted solid results for both the quarter and for the year. Funds from operations per share for the year increased by 6% to $2.45, just as we anticipated. A 3.2% growth in same-store revenue, nearly flat expenses relative to last year, and same-store net operating income rising 4.2% aided Aimco's operating results.
