Akamai’s second-quarter results tracked closely with our expectations and were typical of recent trends. Total revenue grew 6% year over year (or 7% on constant currency), thanks to continued double-digit growth in Performance and Security Solutions, or PSS, offset in part by headwinds in Media Delivery Solutions, or MDS, demand from both the largest Internet platform providers and other media customers.
