Maintaining Alexion's $165 FVE Amid Executive Departures
Alexion announced that four executives will be leaving over the course of the year, while recently appointed Ludwig Hantson will remain as CEO. We are not surprised to see Hantson revamp the management team as the company tries to put the Soliris sales practice investigations that surfaced in November in the past. Alexion’s chief commercial officer, Carsten Thiel; head of research and development, Martin Mackay; and chief human resources officer, Clare Carmichael, are all leaving the firm.
