Increasing Alfa Laval FVE to SEK 155; Shares Undervalued
We are increasing our fair value estimate for Alfa Laval to SEK 155 per share from SEK 141 per share, reflecting greater confidence in the company’s medium-term growth potential. We do not believe the shares are currently pricing in this potential. There are three reasons for our increased optimism. First, the company plans to increase its focus on the food and water sectors, two end markets that we think offer good future growth. Second, we think equipment orders related to its weakest end mark...Alfa Financial Software is a holding company. The principal activity of Co. and its subsidiaries is to provide software solutions and consultancy services to the asset finance industry in the U.K., the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific. Co. provides a software platform built specifically for the asset finance industry. Co.'s product, Alfa Systems, is purpose-built for automotive and equipment finance. Equipment finance covers a range of asset types, although Co. primarily services the lending for agriculture, manufacturing, mining, construction and transportation equipment. Automotive finance includes new and used cars.
