TravelClick Acquisition Would Improve Amadeus' Hospitality Position; Shares Overvalued

We view narrow-moat Amadeus' proposed acquisition of hospitality IT firm TravelClick as positive, as it would expand the company's enterprise offering into the midscale independent market, allowing it to more effectively compete with narrow-moat peer Sabre. We expect the deal to get approval and to close around the end of 2018 and plan to lift our EUR 50 fair value estimate by about EUR 2 after incorporating the acquisition into our model.
