Arrow Electronics’ first-quarter results exceeded guidance and our forecast for both revenue and earnings, with secular tailwinds in cloud, "Internet of Things," and connectivity sustaining top-line growth. Arrow’s global component business continues to benefit from content increases, particularly in the transportation market, while storage demands drove meaningful growth in enterprise solutions during the quarter.
