We recently toured six Aveo development sites in Brisbane and surrounds and left impressed as to the quality of the retirement living and aged care offerings. The newly built villages present as up-market apartment complexes with good amenities. Reflecting the fit-out quality and favourable demographic trends, we foresee strong interest in these villages going forward. Our forecasts and AUD 3.50 fair value estimate are both unchanged, with no-moat-rated Aveo marginally undervalued currently trad...Aveo Group is engaged in the development for resale of land and residential, retail, commercial and industrial property, the investment in, and management of, income producing retail, commercial and industrial Property, commercial, industrial and residential building and construction for the Group, and funds and asset management.
