Political Ructions Neither Positive nor Negative for Aveo. FVE Unchanged at AUD 3.10
At a high level, the federal budget appears a minor negative for Aveo Group as it provides new funding to permit an additional 14,000 Australians to access aged care in their home. When combined with previous increases, the additional high-level home care packages will increase from the current 40,000 to 74,000 in four years. However, the impact of the increased government spending is likely to be immaterial.
