We will maintain our $255 stand-alone fair value estimate for narrow-moat Broadcom Limited as the firm presents its "best and final" offer to acquire Qualcomm at $82 per share, or $121 billion in total market cap, composed of $60 per share in cash and the remainder in Broadcom stock.
