BT reported fiscal fourth-quarter results that were a bit weak and lowered guidance for fiscal 2019. We are reducing our local fair value estimate to GBX 360 per share from GBX 370 and our ADR to $24 from $26. We are maintaining our narrow moat rating and believe the shares are significantly undervalued. The firm reported fourth-quarter revenue fell 2.5% year over year, which pushed its full-year revenue down 1.4% versus our full-year projection of a decline of 0.8%.
