Testing giant Bureau Veritas delivered first-quarter revenue broadly in line with our expectations. Organic revenue growth of 2.1%, combined with acquisition-led growth of 2.1%, was more than offset by a negative 8% currency impact, as appreciation of the euro against the U.S. dollar and emerging-market currencies had an impact on a translational basis.
