BWP Trust Remains on the Sidelines as Assets Look Expensive, FVE Unchanged at AUD 2.85

We anticipate near-term growth in distributable income will be hard to come by for narrow-moat-rated BWP trust. Our AUD 2.85 fair value estimate stands, with units screening as expensive, trading at a 13% premium to our intrinsic assessment and offering a 5.5% yield.
