BMC Considering CA Buyout; Obvious Complementary Crossover; Maintaining FVE of $33
Privately held BMC is said to be considering the acquisition of CA. According to inside sources, the companies have approached banks in order to finance the deal. However, with talks said to be in an early stage and with the deal anything but guaranteed, we reaffirm our fair value estimate of $33 while maintaining our bull-case fair value estimate of $43.
