CA Technologies to Acquire Veracode for $614 Million in Cash
CA Technologies announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Veracode for $614 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2018 and will be accretive to CA’s top line but dilutive to its bottom line, given Veracode’s lower-margin software-as-a-service business model.
