Mixed Bag for Capgemini; Areas of Strength Offset by Pockets of Weakness; Shares Fairly Valued

Capgemini’s fourth-quarter result was a mixed bag, largely reflecting the firm’s overall fiscal 2016 operating performance. Aspects such as the firm’s digital and cloud business seem to be performing well, but other pockets like infrastructure services, energy/utilities, and exposure to macro headwinds U.K. and Brazil weighed on the group’s revenue growth rate.
