CapitaLand's 4Q Result In Line; Long-Term Thesis Intact
There was little in CapitaLand's fourth-quarter result that alters our long-term view on the property conglomerate. While operating profit after tax and minority interest was lower against the year-ago period at SGD 159.4 million, this is due to a comparatively large number of residential units recognized in China last year.
