CBRE Posts Record Revenue and Earnings, but Interest Rate Spikes Could Keep Buyers Sidelined

Wide-moat-rated CBRE's fourth-quarter results exceeded management's guidance and our expectations. Revenue and earnings reached all-time highs in 2017 as the global economy continued to grow. Occupier outsourcing fee revenue grew 17% in the quarter, while leasing revenue grew 11%. CBRE ended the quarter with record financial strength.
