Low Bond Rates Help Charter Hall Post Further Asset Revaluations; FVE Unchanged at AUD 4.80
Asset revaluations undertaken across Charter Hall Group’s fund-management platform have added AUD 700 million to funds under management, representing growth of 4% on the AUD 17.5 billion at June 2016. Across the directly owned assets and those in Charter Hall-managed funds, the weighted average capitalisation rate declined by 0.26% to 6.28%. The movement in the WACR has closely followed bond yields. For reference, the WACR of the fund-management platform is 6.28% at December 2016, but was 6.66% ...Charter Hall Group is engaged in the investment in property funds, and property funds management.
