Narrow moat-rated Charter Hall had another strong year, with the low interest rate environment remaining a powerful tailwind. Funds under management, or FUM, increased AUD 3.9 billion or 29% to AUD 17.5 billion as at June 2016. The AUD 1.1 billion (8.1%) valuation uplift was a key earnings driver, as transaction and performance fees were up AUD 10.2 million (50%) to AUD 30.7 million. Fiscal 2016 operating earnings per security rose 10.5% to AUD 0.304, with the higher asset base supporting guided...Charter Hall Group is engaged in the investment in property funds, and property funds management.
