Choice's brand advantage intact, as room growth is set to accelerate in 2018.

While we saw Choice’s third quarter as largely in line (revenue per available room, or revPAR, and unit growth were both up 2.1%, versus our 2.2% and 2.3% 2017 respective forecasts), we still expect its room growth to accelerate to around 4% annually the next few years from the 2%-2.5% reported in recent quarters.
