Check Point’s Sales Restructuring Weights On Near-Term Outlook; Maintain $95 FVE
Sales reorganization efforts caught up with Check Point this quarter as the company reported softer sales in the Americas region. Nonetheless, the overall results were generally in line with our expectations. Positively, the company doesn’t see changes in the competitive landscape or customer demand and remains focused on improving its sales execution. The revenue outlook for next quarter looks soft, but it doesn’t move a needle in valuation and we maintain our $95 fair value estimate and narrow...Check Point Software Technologies develops, markets and supports a range of products and services for IT security.
