Choice's brand advantage intact, aided by its growing loyalty member base and innovation.

We plan to increase our $74 fair value estimate for Choice by a high-single-digit percentage, mostly to account for a lower tax rate than previously modeled (low 20% versus high 20%) due to recently passed U.S. tax reform, but also to account for stronger economic growth in 2018 from improved corporate confidence. With our planned fair value increase, we see shares as fairly valued.
