Cogent Sees Continued Weakness on Topline, Repeal of Net Neutrality Negative, Shares Overvalued

Cogent posted fourth-quarter results that were in line with our expectations. We continue to expect the firm to experience softness in connectivity demand in data centers, while its expansion in office buildings is likely to generate diminishing returns.
